I was watching Biggest Loser today and thought that they had a cool concept for this last season.
They took all the excuses they have heard and tackled them each week.
For example: In week 4 the "excuse" they overcame was that you can't lose weight without a gym. So they made one team workout without one. That team lost 52 lbs... which is more than they lost the week before USING the gym.
I have used many excuses for not being able to exercise. Such as: I don't know where to start, I'm on my period, I don't have enough time in the day, eating healthy is too expensive, and on and on.
What are some of the excuses you guys have?
