There is a big debate about whether or not you should weigh yourself daily or weekly.
Weighing yourself daily has its benefits by showing your real time results, however we fluctuate from day to day and that can be discouraging. Weighing yourself weekly can be more motivating since you won't see the fluctuation as bad and more your overall loss.

As for myself, I know I get discouraged easily and the day to day weighing might hinder my goals. So I will be weighing myself weekly on Mondays.
