I'm not typically a girl who eats breakfast, mostly because I'm just not really hungry and don't think about it. I've always heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but is it really beneficial?

Some of the reasons listed are that breakfast boosts your metabolism for the day, puts you in a good mood, and gives you focus. One of my first goals along my journey is to eat breakfast every day.
