Zumba Revolution!

I have heard SO much about the Zumba craze that is going on, that it will be my exercise of choice for now. Here is a video to start us off with:

    I have heard that Zumba is the craze and you can't stop smiling. Hi, I am a 48 years old, and soooooo very tired of my weight going up and down. I want to keep it off and find me. I would love to go on this journey with you. Lets do it together. Thank you for posting this.
